I'm SO pleased to announce that we had six students accepted into the All Star Band Festival at the University of Montana that will take place Nov. 10-12. These students are nominated by me for their musical achievements and are selected from hundreds of applicants from Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Wyoming.
Highlights of their weekend will include being conducted by three-time Emmy winner for Best Musical Directing, Julie Giroux, getting to play with the Grizzly Marching Band during their game that weekend, and taking private lessons with members of the U of M music faculty. If you see these awesome kids, please congratulate them!
