Rotary Club of Dillon has placed the ice float for their annual fundraiser event. Proceeds benefit the Rotary Club scholarship fund and community improvement projects. Tickets may be purchased from Rotary Club members, or by contacting President Matthew Fullerton at matthewfullerton@me.com . Tickets are $2.00 per ticket, or six tickets for $10.00. Participants guess the date and time when the ice will thaw and the clock will stop. Prizes to be awarded to the individuals who guess the closest date and time to when the thaw occurs are: $500 first place, $250 second place and $100 to the third-place winner.
