Guilty Pleas and Suspended Sentences Mark Beaverhead County Court Proceedings

DILLON, Mont. — Two defendants entered guilty pleas and received suspended sentences during proceedings reported Sept. 1 in Montana’s Fifth Judicial District Court in Beaverhead County.

Rachel Cleveland-Halvorsen pleaded guilty to drug possession and received a suspended sentence with a monitoring plan, according to the court report. Her bond was released. The report indicates that no fine was imposed, but fees were assessed.

Michael Metcalf pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia during a change-of-plea proceeding. The court report says he received a suspended sentence and was released from bond. No fine was imposed, but fees were assessed.

Brandon Dwyer appeared for a change-of-plea proceeding involving intimidation and assault charges. The report lists no plea, says bond was posted and indicates that the case was placed on the court schedule.

Jeremy Sepanski appeared for a status hearing involving allegations of theft, criminal endangerment, drug paraphernalia possession, fleeing police and driving violations.
