Sentencing, Plea Hearings Set in Beaverhead County District Court

DILLON, Mont. — The Montana Fifth Judicial District Court has scheduled several criminal and civil proceedings in Beaverhead County during the first week of September.
Tuesday’s calendar begins at 9 a.m. with a scheduling conference in State v. Boyer. Change-of-plea hearings are scheduled for Dwyer at 9:10 a.m. and Metcalf at 9:30 a.m.
Cleveland-Halvorsen is scheduled to appear for sentencing at 9:20 a.m. An evidentiary hearing in State v. Cline is set for 9:40 a.m., followed by a status hearing in State v. Sepanski at 9:50 a.m.
A hearing on an order of protection in Eldridge v. Cantrell is scheduled for 11 a.m.
Thursday’s proceedings begin at 9 a.m. with an evidentiary hearing in State v. C. Schmidt.
A hearing concerning the settlement and distribution of the Raymond estate is scheduled for 11 a.m.

Two closed youth proceedings are scheduled Thursday afternoon. A status hearing is set for 1:30 p.m., followed by a show-cause hearing at 1:45 p.m.
The week’s calendar concludes with a hearing on an order of protection in Malkovich v. Stein at 3 p.m. Thursday.
No Beaverhead County proceedings are listed for Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Judge Berger will be in Virginia City on Monday and Boulder on Wednesday.
