Multiple Slide-Offs Reported Along I-15

The FedEx crash is among several reported slide-offs along Interstate 15 Monday morning as drivers encounter icy and snow-covered roadways.

Sunday's storm continued into the overnight hours, creating conditions where bridges, overpasses and shaded sections of highway can become especially slippery.

Drivers traveling through Beaverhead County and along I-15 are encouraged to reduce their speed, increase following distances and allow additional travel time.

Motorists should use extra caution when approaching bridges and overpasses, where ice can develop even when surrounding pavement appears clear.
