UM Western Student Charged In Fatal Crash That Killed 7-Year-Old Dillon Boy

DILLON — A University of Montana Western student from Nevada has been charged with felony negligent homicide in connection with a car crash that killed seven-year-old Enoch Haworth.
Hunter James Stoeberl appeared Tuesday, Sept. 24, in Beaverhead County Justice Court, where Judge Randi Braddock set his bond at $25,000, with the option of a $10,000 cash bond. He is currently being held at the Beaverhead County Jail.

If convicted, Stoeberl faces up to 20 years in prison and a maximum fine of $50,000.
