Todd Hazelbaker, Director of Operations for the City of Dillon will be the guest speaker at the Rotary meeting on Wednesday, February 22nd at noon. He will be talking about ways of serving the community through potential park improvement projects. Visitors are welcome to attend, and anyone interested in learning more about the Rotary organization is invited to be a guest for lunch. The Rotary Club meets in the Guild Hall of St. James Episcopal Church, located at 203 East Glendale Street.
