The University of Montana Western is proud to announce that eight talks from the spring TEDx University of Montana Western conference, held on March 21, 2026, have been published on the TEDx Talks YouTube channel.

The mission of TEDx University of Montana Western is to strengthen the academic culture of our campus, inspire our students to think more critically about the world, and expand interdepartmental collaboration.

Sponsored by the Fund for Experience One, the conference provides a multidisciplinary forum for academic minds to gather and exchange ideas worth sharing. Speakers selected to present at TEDx University of Montana Western are directly connected to the local community or present topics that support Montana Western’s mission and values. TEDx University of Montana Western showcases the diversity and academic excellence of our institution while providing a venue for speakers to share their research and ideas with a global audience.
