1. Approve Resolution of the City Council of the City of Dillon Stating The Intent to

Approve Phase 2 of the Beaver Pride Subdivision, Providing for a Public Hearing on

the Question of Approving Phase 2 of the Beaver Pride Subdivision, and Providing

for Notice of the Public Hearing.

B. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS OF SIGNIFICANT PUBLIC INTEREST NOT ON

THE AGENDA AND WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE CITY

the Montana Constitution to observe and participate in local governmental affairs by
