Monday morning commuters in Montana were met with a blanket of snow, leading to hazardous driving conditions across the region. First responders have been busy attending to several accidents resulting from the slippery roads.
At approximately 11 A.M., emergency services were dispatched to a wreck on I-15 Northbound near mile marker 43. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in this incident.
Shortly thereafter, another call came in regarding a rollover accident on MT 41 near mile marker 11. In this case, a van had slid off the road and ended up on its side. As of now, the Highway Patrol has reported that the extent of injuries from this crash remains unknown.
Road crews are actively working to clear the roads, but drivers are urged to exercise caution and reduce their speed in these wintry conditions. As snowfall continues, staying safe on the roads should be the top priority for all motorists.
