The scam involves a text message stating your package has arrived at a courier destination and cannot be delivered. The text includes a link for the person to click to update the information. When a person clicks on the link it allows the scammer to hack their phone. If you receive a text like this do not open it. The best way to track a package is through the shipping company's official website. The text is shown below.
