Over 100 Pounds of Schedule II Controlled Substances Seized in Beaverhead County Drug Investigation


Beaverhead County law enforcement officers seized more than 104 pounds of Schedule II controlled substances and arrested three individuals during the execution of a search warrant Monday morning.



According to the Beaverhead County Sheriff's Office, at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026, deputies, assisted by multiple partner agencies, executed a search warrant at a local truck stop in a rural area outside of Dillon.


During the operation, authorities seized just over 104 pounds of Schedule II controlled substances. Three people were taken into custody in connection with the investigation.


Officials stated that there is no danger to the public related to the incident at this time.



The Beaverhead County Sheriff's Office also expressed its appreciation to the agencies that assisted with the operation, including the Montana Highway Patrol, Dillon Police Department, Beaverhead Ambulance, Montana Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), and the Dillon Volunteer Fire Department.


No additional information regarding the identities of those arrested or potential charges has been released. The investigation remains ongoing, and more details may become available as the case progresses.
