NOTICE OF HEARING ON ADOPTION OF THE PRELIMINARY CITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022,

INCLUDING BUDGETS FOR LIGHTING, STREET MAINTENANCE, AND

SPRINKLING DISTRICTS, AND SID #34, #35, #36 AND #37, POLICE RETIREMENT LEVY, AND POLICE LEVY FOR THE CITY OF DILLON FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022

Please Take Notice that the City of Dillon has completed its preliminary budget for Fiscal Year 2021 - 2022 for the operation of the City, including budgets for Lighting District #33, Street Maintenance District #1, Sprinkling District #1 and SID #34 Paving DEW area, SID #35 Paving School parking lot, SID #36, Montana Street Sidewalks and SID #37, Cottom Drive Improvements, Police Retirement Levy, and Police Levy. The proposed preliminary budget, including district budgets, is now on file at the City Hall, 125 North Idaho Street, Dillon, Montana, where it may be reviewed and inspected. The hearing to consider the preliminary budget will be held in the Council Chambers in the Dillon City Hall at 125 N. Idaho, Dillon, Montana on August 18, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., which time and place are fixed for hearing of matters relating to the budget, district budgets, and adoption of the budgets. Any taxpayer or resident desiring to comment on the proposed budget may make their comments in writing and file them with the City Clerk at or prior to the date of the hearing, or appear at the meeting and be heard for or against any part of the proposed budget. At the hearing and meeting, and at the times to which the hearing and meeting may be adjourned, the Council will consider the proposed budget and may correct, revise, raise, lower, change or modify the proposed budget or any part thereof, and adopt the budget.
