NOTICE OF CANDIDATE FILING FOR 2023 MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS

Candidate filing for the 2023 Municipal Elections opens on Thursday, April 20, 2023 and closes on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM. The current positions up for election are as follows:

CITY OF DILLON

• City Judge

• Ward 1 – 4 year term

• Ward 2 – 4 year term

• Ward 3 – 4 year term

• Ward 3 - 2 year unexpired term

• Ward 4 – 4 year term

TOWN OF LIMA

• Councilperson – 4 year term

• Councilperson – 4 year term

Those who wish to file will need to complete a “Declaration of Nomination” and pay the appropriate filing fee with the Election Office no later than 5:00 PM on June 19, 2023.
