MYC Cadet On Roof Prompts First Responders To Come To The Rescue

On August 10, 2022 at 11:23 AM Officer Quinton Wheatley responded to a call of a Montana Youth Challenge Cadet on a roof top at the University of Montana Western. The Cadet was located on top of the roof at the Lewis & Clark Dinning Hall. With the quick action of UMW Staff, MYCA Staff, Officer Wheatley, Dillon Voluntary Fire Department and Assistant Fire Chief Wade Hucke the Cadet was able to be safely removed from the roof without further incident.
