Montana Western Women's Basketball Signs First Recruit for 2022

University of Montana Western head women's basketball coach Lindsay Woolley has announced the signing of Missoula Hellgate High School's Keke Davis to an NAIA National Letter of Intent for the 2022-23 season.

Davis is a 5-8 power forward from Missoula, Mont. She averaged just north of seven points per game last season as a junior for the Knights, who fell in the Class AA state championship game to Helena Capital last season. As a freshman, she was named defensive player of the year and earned honorable mention all-conference honors as a sophomore. Davis also competes in softball as well as track and field for the Knights.

"Keke is a long explosive athlete with an exceptional work ethic," Woolley said. "We thought she was one of the most improved players in the 22 class over the last 3 years. She is excellent around the rim and has the ability to be an elite defender. We couldn't be more excited to have her join the Bulldog family after her senior season wraps up."

She has been named to the high honor roll three times and plans on majoring in psychology at Montana Western.
