
The sentencing of Dillon businessman Hank Muntzer has been delayed pending a U.S. Supreme Court decision.
Hank Muntzer was convicted in February of felony civil disorder and obstruction of an official preceding. He was also found guilty of misdemeanor charges of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capital building, and parading, demonstrating and or picketing in a Capitol Building.

Muntzer sentencing was set for today June 20.Will update when a future date has been set.
