Lady Beavers Defeat Frenchtown Broncs (Picture Gallery)

The Lady Beavers pulled out a win against the Frenchtown Broncs in a true nail bitter fashion on Saturday May 4, with a walk-off run beating the Broncs 8 to 7.



The Beavers opened the scoring in the bottom of the first with three singles. Kylie Konen was the first to single, scoring one run.


The Beavers would hold the lead but in the top of the fourth the Broncs would take the lead after Brooklyn Smith singled, Ryan Lucier singled, and the Beavers would commit one error allowing each to score a run.

 



The Beavers would come back in the sixth inning to score three points and tie the game.

 

The Lady Beavers collected thirteen hits in the game, Kylie Konen went 3 for 4 at the plate to lead the Beavers in hits. Adyson Creighton and Tymber Barnes each drove in two runs. Bailey Blake collected two hits in three at bats. Emily Brevig would have two stolen bases.
