A press release from the Montana Highway Patrol today states that the 61 year old male driver from Burley Idaho has succumbed to the injuries sustained in the wreck that occurred on August 18, 2024.
The accident occurred on Interstate 15 when the vehicle was traveling southbound and went off the roadway to the left. The driver attempted to re-enter the roadway causing the vehicle to roll onto its driver's side.
