Tuesday morning, residents of Highway 91 S. got the startle of a lifetime as a Buick lost control and came to a stop inside the residents’ garage.
The Buick was heading northbound on Highway 91 when the driver came close to the edge of the road while making a turn. The driver then overcorrected and went across the road, through the front lawn of a house, taking out the resident’s power box. The car continued through a fence, coming to a stop after plowing into the corner section of another resident’s garage and fifth-wheel trailer.
The fifth-wheel trailer sustained heavy damage, as well as the garage and some of the items inside the garage.
The Buick was heavily damaged and towed from the scene. MT Highway Patrol reported unknown injuries.
