Dillon Volunteer Fire Department Responds To Late Afternoon Grass Fire

The Dillon Volunteer Fire Department responded to a brush fire burning off of Eliason Ln. this afternoon. With a quick response and low winds they were able to contain the fire and stop it from spreading to any of the nearby houses.

Remember even though we are almost into December with very low moisture and no snow the grasses and trees are very dry and can start on fire easily.
