Dillon Police Department Accepting Applications For Probationary Patrolman

August 9, 2025 The Dillon Police Department is accepting applications to create a 2025 hiring list for probationary patrolman which will be used for an anticipated opening. Requirements include possessing high ethical standards, and the desire to serve and protect in a community-oriented police department. The starting salary is $24.50 an hour increasing to $26.25 an hour when the probationary period, and Montana Law Enforcement Academy is successfully completed.
