NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE CITY OF DILLON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Adjustments of the City of Dillon will hold a public hearing for public comment in the City Council Chambers at the Dillon City Hall at 125 North Idaho, Dillon, Montana on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. to consider a request for a variance.
Ron Johnson of Beaver Development, LLC is requesting a variance to allow a casino at the Frontier Events Center property, a C-3 zoned property located at 102 East Helena Street. The legal description is DILLON ORIGINAL TOWNSITE, S19, T07 S, RO8 W, BLOCK 12, Lot 1 - 20, ACRES 1.43, INCLUDING ALLEY of the City of Dillon.
