Beavers Take The Sting Out Of The Yellowjackets

It was a pitching game Friday afternoon at Ray Lynch Park as the Dillon Beavers won the contest against the Yellowjackets, 5-1



The Beavers got on the board in the first inning when Tyler Lagunas singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.


Damon Skradski led things off on the mound for the Beavers. The righty surrendered one run on one hit over seven innings, striking out 12 and walking one.


Evan Montague started the game for Stevensville Yellowjackets. The southpaw went six innings, allowing five runs on seven hits and striking out four.



Trenton Moreni led the Beavers with two hits in three at bats.


Kellan Beller went 1-for-3 at the plate to lead the Yellowjackets in hits.


At the end of the game the three senior players were recognized as it was senior night for Beaver Baseball the seniors are Jessie Hughes, Tyler Lagunas, and Damon Skradski.
