Beaverhead County Transportation Committee to Hold Annual Meeting July 15

DILLON, Mont. — The Beaverhead County Transportation Committee will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the Beaverhead County Courthouse.
The meeting is being conducted in accordance with Montana Code Annotated §§ 20-10-131 and 20-10-132 and will focus on matters related to student transportation throughout the county.
During the meeting, committee members will review school bus routes submitted by local school trustees and may approve, disapprove, or make adjustments to those routes as needed.

The committee will also consider applications approved by school trustees for increased reimbursement for individual student transportation. These requests are intended to assist eligible families whose residences are located in isolated areas and qualify for additional transportation reimbursement.
The annual meeting plays an important role in ensuring that transportation services and reimbursement requests are evaluated and administered in accordance with state law and the needs of Beaverhead County students and families.
