Beaverhead County Sherriff Warns Travelers Not To Use Bannack Bench Road To Bypass I-15 Closure

Beaverhead County Sherriff office is responding to reports of a semi and multiple vehicles stuck on the Bannack Bench Road. GPS is rerouting routes from I-15 southbound do to the Monida Pass closure. This route is not passable and the road has been closed. They have placed signs on the road letting drivers know but apparently one of those signs had been knocked down and ran over. We will provide updates on the closure and when it reopens when that information becomes available.
