Beaverhead County Sheriff Responds To Slide-Off Incident on I-15

At approximately 6:29 PM, local law enforcement officials responded to a reported slide-off incident on Interstate 15 at mile marker 39 northbound. A Texas-registered truck, towing a flatbed trailer, lost control and jackknifed on the ice-covered roadway.

Fortunately, the incident resulted in no injuries. The truck sustained only minimal damage. Turney Towing was dispatched to the scene and successfully pulled the vehicle from the ditch, ensuring the roadway was cleared for other motorists.

Sheriff's officials remind drivers to exercise caution during inclement weather conditions and to remain aware of the potential hazards posed by icy roads.
