The Montana Fifth Judicial District Court has released its Beaverhead County law and motion calendar for the week of Aug. 17-21, 2026.
Proceedings are scheduled Tuesday and Thursday. The court calendar is subject to change.
Tuesday, Aug. 18

Judge Luke Berger is scheduled to be in Virginia City on Monday, Aug. 17, and Boulder on Wednesday, Aug. 19. No Beaverhead County hearings are listed for Friday, Aug. 21.
