BCHS Drama Club To Present Firebirds By Liz Flahive

Emotions are running high as graduation looms for a group of high school seniors, who all scramble to overcome last minute challenges before getting their diplomas. Everything goes awry as best friends find they weren't accepted into the same college, school news anchors struggle with their feelings for one another, and a choir girl attempts to step out of her shell. For these "Firebirds," their lives may just be beginning, but they must first tackle some unfinished business in this funny, heartfelt homage to high school. 

The play will be performed by the BCHS drama club and directed by Ellie Currey and Luke Lewis. Performances will be held in the BCHS auditorium at 7pm on Friday March 1st, and 2pm and 7pm on Saturday, March 2. Tickets are $7/adults $4/kids under 18, and free to all BCHS students and staff. Rated PG.
